Can you imagine a life in which you treat yourself with kindness and without judgment? In my practice, the focus is on increasing our awareness of thoughts and feelings by bringing a mindful awareness to our inner and outer life. These techniques assist in the treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss, overeating, and weight loss. It is not only about paying attention, it is about HOW we pay attention. I promote complete emotional, physical and spiritual well-being, using tools that will help you achieve freedom from the barriers that may be holding you back.
